TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Expressions of interest to be sent in writing and to reach us before first post on 25th August 2016, send to the agents office, marked clearly on outside of envelope “Monellan Lands” and addressed to Martin McGowan Properties, Drumboe Avenue, Stranorlar, Co. Donegal, details to be included with your expression of interest is your full name, address, mobile and land line contact number.
Anyone registering their interest must make themselves available by phone on the afternoon of the 26th of August 2016 from 1.30 pm to 3.00pm to either place a bid on the property or rule themselves out, if you cannot be reached you will be left a message on your voice mail if you have one and will be afforded 15 minutes to return our call otherwise you will be ruled out of contention and we will proceed with the next interested party. You must know in your own mind before the 28th of July how high you are willing to bid on the property and once we are in contact you must give your bid instantly or decline to bid further so we can proceed.
The above is to make the sale as efficient as possible for the buyer and seller and to afford everyone equal and ample opportunity to purchase the subject property in a fair and reasonable manner. Once we have concluded with the highest bidder must pay a €1,500 booking deposit to the agent before close of business on 26th August 2016 (made out to Martin McGowan Properties Client Account), balance of 10% to be paid upon signing of contracts, the sale will be subject to contract / contract denied.
